Payment Policy
At the time of booking, 11% of the total reservation will be take by eTourism Holidays (the booking agent). The remaining balance will be charged by Raffles Royale (the property)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival date will attract a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will not be given a refund unless the unit is re-let for entire time of cancelled booking. **Please note: 11% taken by eTourism Holidays is non refundable.
After Hours Arrivals. If you are going to arrive after normal business Hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday OR Weekends & Publics Holidays 9.00am - 1.00pm, please contact us before hand to make arrangements for Key Pick Up
